Your local, state and national apartment associations play a key role in providing continuing education for multi-family housing professionals. Designation programs and educational programs leading to a certificate of completion are offered. The programs are designed to increase the overall professionalism of the four major links in the chain of communicaiton between residents and owners.

Fire Safety involves more than educating residents on cooking fires and flicking cigarette butts in the mulch. Make sure your staff knows the current regulations on grills, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and even the chemicals that are stored in the maintenance shop. Captain Meadows, Safety Education Division, and Assistant Chief Murua, Prevention & Fire Marshal, will discuss current regulations and offer tips on minimizing the risk of fire at your property.
